Beyeler Foundation |
This is located in the idyllic park of a museum building from Renzo Piano.
The foundation documents over 200 works featuring classic modern art and about 25 objects of tribal art from the perspective of Mr. and Mrs. Beyeler with regard to 20th century art.
Renzo Piano has created an ideal building for the presentation of modern art in a close analysis of the collection, the donors and the locality.
The current exhibition is titled "EROS - modern art".
The exhibition can be viewed individually or via a guided tour.

Vitra Design Museum |
The Vitra Design Museum is located in a building from the architect Frank O. Gehry.
It is one of the world's leading museums for industrial furniture design and architecture.
The fire brigade house from Zaha Hadid also belongs to the museum.
The current special exhibition is titled "Jean Prouvé and the poetics of technical objects".
The exhibition can be viewed individually or via a guided tour.

Tinguely Museum |
The museum is dedicated to the life and work of the important iron sculptor.
It was built by the Ticino architect Mario Botta.
The permanent exhibition depicts all phases of the artist's creative works.
