The 3rd International Scenographers' Festival IN3 presented an innovation: Through the "IN3 Challenge" it committed itself to the support and promotion of the creative achievements of up-and-coming new talents. Graduates and students from all over the world were invited to submit their own projects in the categories "Performing Arts" and "Exhibition Design" until the end of July 2010.
We were delighted to receive more than 70 international top-class entries.
In mid-September, the jury met to award the best contributions. The winning projects, including the shortlist, were honoured in the course of the IN3 festival in Basel and formed part of an exhibition at the Basel “Kaserne” that was planned and implemented in cooperation with a graduand of the University of Applied Sciences “Johanneum” in Graz.
